Restrictions on parking at the Volksbad from Monday

From June 3, 2024, archaeological excavations will begin in the parking lot of the Volksbad Jena. The excavations will be carried out in stages so that the parking lot can still be used - albeit with restrictions. The excavations are estimated to take six months. Once an area has been completed, it will be covered with grass slabs, making parking possible again.

The measures in the parking lot serve as preparation for the start of construction of a Hampton by Hilton hotel scheduled for 2025.
