Traffic restrictions due to registered rally on Saturday

Due to two registered rallies, there may be traffic obstructions in the city center of Jena on Saturday, 24.08.2024 from approx. 13:00 to 21:00. The following events are planned:

Rally "Independence Day of Ukraine - Stop the Russian war of aggression!" (approx. 13:30 - 16:00):

• Kick-off rally approx. 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

• Elevator approx. 15:00 - 16:00 with the following route:
  Markt (prelude) - Rathausgasse - Johannisstraße - Leutragraben - Schillerstraße - Westbahnhofstraße - Westbahnhof (conclusion)

Registration was carried out by the Initiative Ukrainer Jena.

Rally "Christopher Street Day Jena 2024" (approx. 13:00 - 21:00):

• Theme: "Thuringia remains colorful"
• Kick-off rally approx. 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

• Elevator approx. 13:30 - 16:30 with the following route:
  Eichplatz (prelude) - Nonnenplan - Teichgraben - Leutragraben - Johannisplatz - Fürstengraben - Löbdergraben - Holzmarkt - Teichgraben - Schillerstraße - Ernst-Haeckel-Straße - Alexander-Puschkin-Platz - Vor dem Neutor - Knebelstraße - Paradiesbahnhof underpass - Rasenmühleninsel (conclusion)

• Intermediate rallies:

a) Johannisplatz between Teichgraben and Fürstengraben
b) Löbdergraben between Lutherplatz and Saalstraße
c) Holzmarkt between Roter Turm and Teichgraben

• Final rally approx. 16:30 -21:00
