Closing and opening hours on the bridge day

On Friday, 1.11.2024, the departments of Jena City Council will be closed to the public due to the bridge day. The on-call telephones can still be reached.

Citizen service

The citizen service is regularly open from 9 am to 1 pm. The other specialist services with citizen contact in Department 2, such as the Immigration and Residence Department, are also available but will not be making appointments.

Municipal Service Jena

The service office of Kommunalservice Jena (KSJ) at Saalstraße 9a will remain closed.
The service center at Löbstedter Straße 56 is open/staffed during the usual opening hours.
The exchange house at Löbstedter Straße 68 is open from 9:00 to 14:00.
