Guide with waste calendar for 2025 will be distributed from next week

From next Monday, 09.12.2024, the signpost with waste calendar will be distributed to all households in the city of Jena and the associated districts. Delivery by Funke Post (Funke Mediengruppe) should be completed by 20.12.2024 at the latest. Kommunalservice Jena asks you to refrain from making telephone inquiries about the distribution of the signpost.

No distribution in large housing estates

In order to conserve resources, the guide will no longer be distributed in the large housing estates in Lobeda and Winzerla. However, residents of these areas can pick up the signpost with the 2025 waste calendar at the following locations if they are interested:

• Office and janitor's office in Lobeda and Winzerla of Wohnungsgenossenschaft Carl Zeiss eG
• Joint service center of the Stadtwerke Jena Group
• Lobeda and Winzerla district offices
• Service center and recycling depots Kommunalservice Jena KSJ

Digital services: Access to the signpost and individual waste disposal calendar

From Monday, 09.12.2024, the guide with waste calendar will also be available digitally for download on the KSJ website. From the turn of the year, disposal dates for 2025 can also be easily accessed online. With the "online waste disposal calendar", an individual calendar (pdf format) can be created and also imported into iCal applications if required.
