Submit applications for funding for voluntary work by 31.03.2025

In 2025, it will once again be possible to submit applications to support charitable and voluntary work in Jena. The financial resources will be provided by the Thuringian Volunteer Foundation and distributed in accordance with the city's guidelines for awarding grants.

Intended use

The funding is intended exclusively for the following areas:

• Organization of central and decentralized thank-you events
• Further training costs for volunteers
• Measures to promote volunteering and recruit new volunteers
• Expense allowances for volunteers

Eligibility to apply and deadlines

Applications can be submitted by clubs, associations, churches and recognized religious communities, foundations, initiative groups and public corporations.

Important: Applications for this year can be submitted up to and including March 31, 2025.
