What wishes do you have for the planned cycle lane in Jahnstraße?

How exactly does a cycle lane work? What is important from the perspective of residents in Jahnstraße and Talstraße, where a cycle lane is to be set up? What is relevant for those who would like to use this street by bike in the future? What might change and what will remain the same?

These questions will be discussed at a stand at the May Festival on Jahnplatz. On Thursday, 01.05.2025, Kai Ostermann (Department 4, Citizen Participation Coordinator), Petra Schmidt (Department 3, Mobility Department) and Ulrike Zimmermann (Cycling Officer, Department 3, Mobility Department) will be on site at the Fromannstraße / Jahnplatz junction between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to talk to citizens.

As one measure from the cycling plan, it is planned to set up a cycle lane in Jahnstraße and Talstraße between Carl-Zeiss-Platz and Katharinenstraße.
