Obstructions on the B7, B88 and in Jena on Wednesday

Due to registered rallies in the period from 08:00 to 13:00 on Wednesday, 10.01.2024 there will probably be traffic obstructions on the federal highways 7 and 88 towards Jena as well as in the Jena city area. In addition, Eichplatz will be partially closed from 06:00 to 14:00 due to a rally.

The registration was made by a private individual. The plan is for four convoys of 50 tractors each to drive from Schöps near Kahla, Wichmar, Eisenberg and Isserstedt to Jena via federal roads 7 and 88. There, the tractors will circle through Jena on fixed routes:

• Parade from Schöps: Rudolstädter Str. - Kahlaische Str. - Vor dem Neutor - Knebelstr. - Stadtrodaer Str. - Lobedaer Str. - Rudolstädter Str.
• Parade from Wichmar: Camburger Str. - Nollendorfer Str. - Dornburger Str. - Altenburger Str. - Camburger Str.
• Parade from Isserstedt: Straße des 17. Juni - Humboldtstr. - Erfurter Str. - Mühltal - Lutherstr. - Ernst-Abbe-Str. - Schillerstr. - Leutragraben - Johannisplatz - Fürstengraben - Straße des 17. Juni
• The parade from Eisenberg will join the parade from Isserstedt. (arrival and departure via Eisenberger Str. - Wiesenstr. - Lutherplatz - Fürstengraben)

Around ten tractors will take part in the stand rally on Eichplatz from 11:00 to 12:00. This will be followed by the return journey of all participants. Restrictions on the B7 and B88 coming from Jena are therefore to be expected.

Road users are advised to allow extra time.
