School enrollment examinations begin

The Health Department is currently starting the school enrolment examinations for the 2022/2023 school year for children whose main place of residence is Jena.

For:

• Children with support needs (integration assistance measures such as early intervention, integrative place, sensory-specific support),
• Children whose parents wish to defer school attendance in 2022/23,
• Children who are to start school early
• Children who do not attend kindergarten (home-schooled children),

an appointment for an examination can be made immediately.

The staff of the health department are available for this purpose

Tuesday (10:00 - 12:00) or Thursday (14:00 - 16:00)

under the telephone numbers 036 41 - 49 32 82 or 03641 - 49 31 26.

Appointments can also be made by email at einschulungsuntersuchung@jena.de.

For all other children, appointments will be made via web form from January 12, 2022. Separate information will be provided.
