School registration by post instead of in person

Due to the pandemic, the planned school registration on 16.12.2020 must be reorganized. Parents will not be able to attend their preferred primary or community school in person this year. Instead, registration will be done by post.

To do this, parents send the documents to the desired school or drop them in the school mailbox themselves. It is not possible to register by email, as the original school registration form must be submitted.

The changed registration period is from 30.11. to 11.12.2020.

The required documents include
- the original school registration form with the desired school entered
- the completed school registration form for new school entrants
- a copy of the child's birth certificate
- if applicable, the negative certificate for sole custody and
- if applicable, an informal application for a desired deferral of the school child for medical reasons.

In the attached document you will find the school registration form, the information from the health department on the school entrance examination, the information sheet on the collection of personal data and the corrected internet addresses of the Lobeda community schools TGS "Kulturanum" and TGS "Lobdeburgschule".
