From Thursday, 3.11. Fürstengraben closed on one side

From Thursday, November 3, one of the main traffic routes, Fürstengraben in Jena, will only be accessible on one side for around a month.

The reason for this is the laying of various media across the road. This includes parts of the backbone network for the new computer center of the University of Jena and various gas pipes.

The east-west carriageway (uphill) remains passable, the opposite carriageway (downhill) is closed. Detour will lead either via Lutherstraße or Leutragraben and are comprehensively signposted. The construction work is scheduled to end on December 2.

Please be prepared for longer travel times in the city area, especially on Thursday and Friday of this week.
