Two trees felled due to impaired stability

On 08.12.2025, an ash tree in Otto-Devrient-Straße and a Norway maple in August-Bebel-Straße will have to be felled.
In Otto-Devrient-Straße, this is due to fungal infestation at the base of the trunk and in the root area, which has caused the wood to rot and impaired its stability.

In August-Bebel-Straße, stability cannot be guaranteed due to the ongoing construction work.

Both trees will be replaced by substitute plantings.
