Tasks

Participation in sustainable urban development
Preparation and formal definition of redevelopment and urban redevelopment areas in accordance with the German Building Code (BauGB) and the Thuringian Urban Development Guidelines (ThStBauFR)
Funding management in accordance with the ThStBauFR for financial aid from the EU, the federal government or the state
Processing of redevelopment approvals in accordance with the Building Code (BauGB)
Preparation of certificates in accordance with Section 7h of the Income Tax Act in the redevelopment areas
Cooperation with the redevelopment officer
Collection of compensation contributions for the increase in land value caused by the redevelopment in accordance with the BauGB
Settlement and termination of redevelopment areas in accordance with the BauGB
Support and coordination of funding projects by preparing applications for approval and disbursement as well as proof of use
Monitoring (accompanying the funding programs) and coordination with the state administration office
Purchase price checks in the redevelopment areas in accordance with the BauGB
Drawing up urban development contracts, modernization agreements, agreements with the owner-operated companies for the implementation of funding projects
Public relations work (urban development day) and citizen consultation and participation
