Yoga for a good cause on Friday
Under the motto "Yoga for a good cause", all yoga fans, whether beginners or advanced, can do something together for the parents' initiative for children with cancer in Jena. On Friday, 21.06.2024, Petra from "Yoga im Paradies" invites you to this special yoga event on the grounds of "forum natura" in Jena Forest.
Relaxation for body and soul with heart
This event is not about the perfect posture or the deepest sun salutation, but about doing something good together. Because 100% of all proceeds from the event will be donated to the parents' initiative for children with cancer in Jena, which cares for families with children with cancer with a great deal of commitment and love.
Yoga for everyone - with fun and without prior knowledge
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, everyone is welcome at "Yoga for a good cause". Experienced yoga teachers Petra (Yoga im Paradies) and Nadine (nah.Yoga Erfurt) work together to provide a variety of exercises for every taste and fitness level. No previous experience is required - all you need is a yoga mat or blanket and comfortable clothing.
