Appeal to stay with relatives or friends

Citizens are called upon to stay with relatives or friends. In this case, the corona-related contact restrictions will be suspended. Those affected from the area who cannot stay in their home do not commit an administrative offense if they change accommodation. The rules on wearing a face covering and social distancing should be observed when visiting relatives.

Cooperation with hotels, emergency accommodation

If citizens are unable to find private accommodation, the city of Jena has reserved contingents in cooperation with municipal hotels. In addition, schools are currently being prepared for overnight emergency accommodation.
