Case numbers

There were no further cases in Jena this Saturday. This is probably partly due to the fact that only a few people were tested on Thursday and Good Friday. If the number of swabs increases again after the Easter holidays, an increase in the number of cases can also be expected.

There are now 8 patients undergoing inpatient treatment. Of these, 4 patients with severe cases are being treated in the intensive care unit and need to be ventilated. The number of people considered to have recovered has risen to 77.

Mouth and nose cover also for staff at food serving points

People who work at snack bars or other food outlets and come into contact with customers and food are also required to wear a face mask. The obligation applies if the minimum distance of 1.5 meters cannot be maintained when using and providing a service. In addition, a particularly high level of hygiene is required when serving food.

Availability of the fever hotline and fever consultation hours over the Easter weekend

Over the Easter holidays, the fever hotline will be staffed daily from 09:00 to 15:00. The fever consultation hour took place today from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 at Am Anger 34.

Easter Sunday and Easter Monday

There will be no consultation hours at Am Anger 34 on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. If swabs or treatments are necessary, the Müller/Gärtner infection practice can be contacted from 14:00 to 18:00. If necessary, please call 0049 162 7410366 in advance.
