The Thuringian Freedom of Information Act (ThürIFG) grants every citizen a right to information on official information that is available.

At this point, the department of municipal order has decided to publish the requirements of public events according to the law on regulatory authorities to give every citizen the opportunity to inform themselves in case of possible disturbances by events or in advance. From the requirements it can be seen what the organizers have to comply with.
