Effects of the public transport strike on school transport

The Jena public transport strike announced for tomorrow (22.02.2024) may also affect school transport. It is to be expected that school buses will be canceled. Jena schools are preparing for this and informing parents about possible restrictions and changes to school operations.

Supervision of grades 1 - 6 will be guaranteed. If individual pupils do not attend lessons due to the traffic restrictions, this is not considered an unexcused absence.
