Information on visits to Jena nursing homes

In Jena, a negative test for the SARS-CoV-2 virus is mandatory for visiting a care facility. The situation in the facilities varies greatly. Some offer this service on site, some currently have to refer to external testing.

In order to enable visits of negatively tested persons to all nursing homes for the Christmas celebrations, the German Red Cross Jena-Eisenberg-Stadtroda and the city of Jena have joined forces. Specialists of the DRK will offer rapid tests at two locations in the city area. Further details are available on request from the respective home administrations.
