Budget Team Department 1 - 3

Tasks

1. Participation in the preparation of budget estimates for profit and financial planning including investment measures and commitment appropriations in cooperation with Departments 1 (Central Services), 2 (Finance, Security and Citizen Services)
   and 3 (Urban Development and Environment)
2. Processing, booking and monitoring all financially relevant business transactions for these departments
3. Monitoring of budgets, involvement in reporting and other controlling tasks
4. Inventorying the other movable fixed assets of the departments
5. Budgetary review of funding applications and proof of use in the area of urban development
