Corona situation picture for Jena

There were 15 new SARS-CoV-2 infections reported to the Health Department on Wednesday, 3/24/2021 (by midnight).

4 persons were classified as recovered.

Infections continue to cluster in family settings. PCR testing at daycare centers has not revealed any positive infections.

At two schools children are infected, which resulted in quarantine for individual groups and classes.

About the rapid tests at schools:

On Wednesday, the DRK tested 7 schools with 689 pupils and partly teachers. All results were negative.
