Corona situation picture for Jena: 79 new infections
On Wednesday, 29 December, the Health Service reported 79 new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI).
Background on the number of cases
No new community facilities have been affected. Follow-up cases have been reported for already known senior facilities. The results of the extensive swabbing operation at another retirement home are not yet available. Numerous families continue to be affected.
