
Equal Opportunities Officer
Tasks of the Equal Opportunities Officer (Gender Officer, Women's Representative, Equal Opportunities Officer)
- Reduction of discrimination, responsible for all gender-related matters as an interdisciplinary cross-sectional task
- Supporting department management in measures to promote equal opportunities and reduce discrimination, initiating own measures of a structural and preventative nature (e.g. events, training), public relations work
- Participation in recruitment procedures, promotions, upgrading and downgrading, redeployment, dismissals, working time regulations, structural changes
- Participation in the analysis of the staff structure, preparation/implementation of the equal opportunities plan and personnel development concepts
- Contact with federal, state and local authorities with this area of responsibility, cooperation and support of regional players with gender equality policy significance
- Individual advice for citizens on the elimination of discrimination
