Strategic investment controlling
- Supporting and advising the administrative management in the performance of its control and management function
- Drafting contracts with subsidiaries of the City of Jena
- Safeguarding the interests of the city as a whole in the exercise of decentralized corporate responsibility
- Developing and maintaining a city-wide opportunity and risk management system
- Preparation of the consolidated financial statements
- Preparation and further development of internal instructions (investment guidelines, guidelines for the consolidated financial statements)
- Participation in the transfer of tasks between administration and participations
Operational investment controlling
- Proactive advice and support for municipal representatives on corporate bodies in the performance of their management and supervisoryfunctions
- Carrying out target/actual comparisons, deviation analyses, ad hoc analyses of municipal investments
- Participation in business planning, annual financial statements and reporting for municipal holdings
- Mandate support (preparation of committee meetings in the form of statements and advice for managers and supervisory bodies)
- Development and maintenance of investment files
