Responsibilities
- Advising the administrative management and dealing with internal administrative policy issues
- Organizational consulting and implementation of organizational studies (task criticism, job dimensioning, process and interface optimization)
- Developing/changing job descriptions in close cooperation with the managers
- Job evaluation procedures incl. processing of claims
- Preparation of changes to the job plan
- Advising/supporting the organizational units in the creation, amendment or revocation of service instructions and service agreements
- Establishment and further development of process management and project management in the administration
- Implementing measures to optimize internal management
- Processing special tasks by the Lord Mayor
