Twin city visit to Erlangen

For the twin city visit to the Day of German Unity on October 3, ticket sales are entering the final spurt. The twin city of Jena invites this year to Erlangen to celebrate the day together. Tickets for the trip to Erlangen can be bought at the Tourist Information, Markt 16, until 02 October. These cost 20 € and include the return journey by coach and participation in the festive programme in Erlangen.

Cultural-musical day program in Erlangen on the traces of the German reunification

The preparatory team in the Franconian twin town has once again put together an interesting day. Christian Dietrich, the former State Commissioner of the Free State of Thuringia for the Reappraisal of the SED Dictatorship, will speak at the ceremony. A cultural-musical program frames the day with a city tour, the visit of exhibitions, the legendary pub quiz with BigKev, a poetry slam workshop and at the end an ecumenical devotion. Youth ensembles from Jena and Erlangen will accompany the day musically.
